Specifically designed for drinking, it melts in a saucepan or blends with hot water or nut milk for the ultimate medicinal tonic.

Each disc contains enough cacao for two strong tonics or 4 mild drinks.

The Cacao Club Ceremonial Cacao Focus contains key ingredients:

• Brahmi  - A nervine tonic that may calm the mind and body to promote clarity, alertness and short and long-term memory. 
• Sage  - A natural antiseptic and antibiotic it is one of the most important medicinal herbs of Medieval Europe thought to improve intelligence. 
• Rosemary  - A cardiovascular herb used to stimulate poor circulation, reduce high blood pressure, treat varicose veins and strengthen fragile blood vessels. Used for general debility and depression, it is uplifting to the mind, improving memory and concentration.
• Liquorice Root  - is a synergist, helping to increase the bio-availability of herbs or ingredients it is taken with. A powerful anti-inflammatory herb in its own right, liquorice may help to soothe gastrointestinal inflammation and irritations such as GERD, gastritis, IBD, and ulcers. 
• Cacao -  One of the most nutrient-rich foods in the world. An aphrodisiac, an immune builder, a vascular strengthener, a hormone balancer, cacao works on every system of the body. It contains over 300 different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as well as unique MAO inhibitors which promotes heightened levels of serotonin to circulate in the brain.
