The Cacao Club Ceremonial Cacao - Sleep

The Cacao Club Ceremonial Cacao Sleep is a mix of Cacao, Passionflower and Skullcap to help you relax and unwind.

Specifically designed for drinking, it melts in a saucepan or blends with hot water or nut milk for the ultimate tonic.

Each disc contains enough cacao for two strong tonics or four mild drinks.

Products are handmade and may vary slightly in shape and texture from batch to batch.

The Cacao Club Ceremonial Cacao Sleep contains key ingredients:

• Chamomile - A relaxing, calming, anti-inflammatory herb that is used to treat insomnia, sleep disturbances, and anxiety. A 'heal all' remedy of the herb world, used to promote a healthy immune system by stimulating the production of white blood cells.
• Passionflower - A nervous system tonic and natural sedative, an antispasmodic herb that is used for treating aches and pains of all kinds.
• Skullcap - Known to calm nervous tension and anxiety, acting as a natural tranquillizer working both physically and psychologically. 
• Ashwagandha -  An adaptogenic herb that may rejuvenate and strengthen the nervous system. It may work as a mild depressant to over agitated nerves, whilst nourishing and protecting. 
• Cacao -  One of the most nutrient-rich foods in the world. It contains over 300 different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as well as unique MAO inhibitors which promotes heightened levels of serotonin to circulate in the brain.
